I received this product for free from Estee Lauder to try for testing and review purposes. I highly recommend this brand and product. I have noticed a huge difference since using this product. No smell it's liquid feeling goes on smoothly. I used in the morning and at night before bed. Came in great packaging and condition.

Estée Lauder Customer Service Goes Downhill

I placed an order at EsteeLAuder.com and have been a customer for many years. Unfortunately my last ordered was returned to EsteeLauder.com by UPS. I was told by customer service that it was an internal error on Estee Lauders part and I would have to wait days for an email and then a later refund but I would be billed for the one product I received. And nothing could be done I would not receive my gift with purchase. I was given a basic "apology" and no help or way to resolve the situation. It was a terrible experience. Estée Lauder no longer cares about customer service. I am extremely saddened by the entire experience.
