Very drying

I had hoped, based on the price, that this would be a premium shampoo. Unfortunately I found this shampoo made my hair feel like straw, with the conditioner not making much of a difference moisture-wise. I only use color to cover gray hair, and I do not heated styling tools, so my hair is very healthy. I typically use Redken and Pureology, but had wanted to try something new. I had high hopes, but this is not a winner for me.

Best Shampoo for Colored Hair

Not only is the smell amazing, the shampoo lathers very well and I can see a difference in the health of my hair. The purple color also protects against brassiness, which is what I was also having issues with. I am now a forever customer!

Best and safest purple shampoo!

I have some highlights and my hair will typically get very brassy. Most purple shampoos are drying and have horrible ingredients. I decided to take a chance on this product and instantly fell in love. It truly extended the life of my color. I would tone my hair more frequently prior to this shampoo. It smells amazing and the best part is, it’s nontoxic.
