Terrible mess !!

I had purchased this tree and received it the first time looking as if it had fell off the back of a truck and was ran over. After calling they sent me a replacement. This one came the same as the other one. If clearly had been damaged and wet inside so the snow had encrusted the tree leaving a mildew smell and it was unusable. It was such a mess and such a disappointment and waste of money.
