Calves wider than the pictures suggest

The calves wouldn’t have to be as wide as they are! I would understand that if the boots were advertised as wide calves but they are sold as regular size/fit. There’s a way to scrunch them a little with the top strap but the strap doesn’t have enough holes for any significant tightening so I just pull and tighten and it holds but may go loose at any moment, lol. Material is nice but can only be worn in dry weather because any stains would be difficult if not impossible to clean from that fabric.

Cute style, even a teenager could appreciate!

The boots are cute, even if the material is kinda eh...otherwise I wpuld have given 5 stars. My daughter and her friend complimented me on them though. I am usually a true 8, but find that in pointed shoes/boots Im more comfortable in an 8 1/2, so I bought 2 pairs. The 8 was too tight, but the 8 1/2 was just right!
