POOR QUALTY

BOUGHT AS A XMAS GIFT - EMERALDS FELL OUT OF SETTING WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF WEARING - RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - NOW TWO MONTHS LATER SAME THING HAS HAPPENED WITH EMERALDS FALLING OUT OF SETTING AGAIN - MACYS WILL NOT WARRANTY OR EXCHANGE.
