Incorrect item received

I received the wrong item. The representative was very helpful to initiate the return/replacement process. However I feel i should receive some type of discount for the error. I had to package the incorrect item, go to a location to print the return label (I do not have a printer), then drive 30 miles to the nearest UPS location (I live in a rural area) to send the package. This inconvenience was all due to the incorrect item being sent to me.

Color ordered was chocolate brown, product delivered has chocolate brown labelled but actual color of product looks more olive than brown.

Awesome comforter set

My husband normally runs too hot, and I run too cold, so it can be challenging to find bedding that is comfortable for both of us. I purchased this set to replace our worn-out comforter set, and am very happy with how this comforter is warm enough for me, without being something that my husband feels overheated using, too. The quality of the fabric was clear from when I took it out of the packaging, and I am happy that this set is something I can wash at home.

No such Queen comforter it’s full/queen

Misleading website there is only 4 sizes twin, full, queen, king I ordered Queen why did I receive full/queen there was no mention of this size on this website outrageous to deceive online customers my invoice says Queen comforter why does my package says full/queen
